Kazan is a traditional Omani restaurant specializing in authentic Bukhari-style rice and open-fire grilled chicken, located in Al Hawalij Al-Janoubiya, Muscat. Since opening, the brand has built a loyal local following around its promise of original, home-style Bukhari taste — cooked the traditional way over live fire.
Mada Media House led Kazan's launch campaign photography and content strategy, capturing the fire-grilled cooking process, signature packaging, and full platters in a way that visually reinforced the brand's authenticity from day one. We also spearheaded the launch of Kazan's Lamma and Azooma meal offerings — new group-dining formats designed for gatherings and hosting occasions — repositioning the brand beyond single-order meals. Alongside this, we optimized the customer purchase journey, streamlining access to location, hours, and delivery through Talabat, making it easier for followers to go from craving to order.
